Woodburner & Multifuel Installations

HETAS Registered Woodburner and Multifuel Stove & Flue Installations in the Cotswolds and surrounding areas.

We are trained by and registered with HETAS, the UK’s Solid Fuel Safety & Standards Organisation.  We install all types of Woodburner and Multifuel Stoves, carry out Hearth & Fireplace Construction & Adjustments, fit Internal & External Twin-Wall Flue Installations, Stainless Steel Chimney Liners, new Chimney Terminations and all other aspects of Solid Fuel installation. We also carry out Stove Safety Checks and issue Landlord & Homeowner Certificates.

A woodburner or multifuel stove can totally transform your home.  We see time and again how happy our customers are with their new installations and we are genuinely passionate about providing a highly professional service and a really high quality standard of work.

There is nothing better than lighting the ‘first burn’ for a brand new stove with our customers and talking them through how best to use and control their stove.  If you’d like to be enjoying a first burn with us at some point in the future please contact us for a survey and quotation.

Many thanks, Alisdair Hedworth – Business Owner.

We are totally fanatical about woodburners and multifuel stoves!  It is an industry that really does take a hold of you and there is not a day that goes by that we don’t look up at chimneys or external flues as we drive around the Cotswold area.  Installing solid fuel appliances isn’t just a job for us, it is our passion and we bring this passion to every single one of our installations.

We provide a full installation service, from initial conception and survey of your property, to choosing and supplying the stove that most suits your needs, through to final installation, testing and commissioning of your lovely new stove.

If you don’t already have a fireplace and hearth, we can advise and construct one that suits your needs.  It is important that this construction is done correctly and in-line with Building Regulations, which are there to ensure that the hearth fulfils its function in protecting the rest of the building from the heat caused by your stove.

You may have a property with a pre-existing hearth and chimney that we can use or you may be starting from scratch and need a new flue to route internally up through your building or externally up the side of it.  Both are very feasible solutions and can be discussed during the site survey.

We look forward to hearing about the installation that you have in mind. Please contact us to discuss the options.

Woodburner & Multifuel Installations

We are a trained and registered HETAS installation business.  This means that we have the skills and professional knowledge to either install a brand new stove in your home in a previously empty space, or adapt your current stove installation or old fireplace (including old gas and electric installations) into a brand new professionally fitted and commissioned solid fuel appliance.

Professional Chimney Sweep Services

We are trained and registered with the Guild of Master Chimney Sweeps.  It is absolutely essentially that you use a well trained and accredited professional Chimney Sweep, as poor chimney care is the main cause for unsafe situations occurring whilst using your woodburner or multifuel stove.  Both HETAS and the Guild recommend you have your chimney or flue swept at least once a year.

Chimney Care & Maintenance

Your chimney and flue will require occasional maintenance and it is important to keep an eye on the condition of this part of your home in order to stay safe.  We are able to provide a wide variety of chimney care services, whether this be adjustments or rectification to your chimney stack, fitting a new chimney pot or cowl or the relining of your chimney.
